Compassionate Counseling, Wherever You Are

Struggling to Find Time for Therapy?

With busy schedules and constant demands, it can be hard to fit traditional therapy into your life. Travel time, work commitments, and family obligations often get in the way, leaving you feeling like there’s no time left for your own mental health.

Feeling Isolated with Limited Access to Therapy?

If you live in a rural area or have mobility challenges, finding quality therapy nearby can feel impossible. Limited local options can leave you without the support you need, making it harder to take that first step toward healing.

Feeling Uncomfortable in Traditional Therapy?

It can be intimidating to open up in face-to-face therapy, especially in a public waiting room or a space where you might feel judged. The fear of encountering someone you know or feeling exposed can create barriers to getting the help you deserve.

Here to Support You Every Step of the Way

About Me

I’m Jessica Volpe, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through personalized virtual counseling. With a compassionate and evidence-based approach, I create a safe space for you to heal, grow, and thrive. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationships, trauma, or personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way

More About Me

Starting therapy can be difficult and it is important to find a therapist you connect with. To help my clients feel comfortable with the therapeutic process I utilize a nonjudgmental and easygoing approach to therapy. With over 10 years in the field, I have worked with all ages providing therapy for clients who seek treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, mood disorders, substance abuse and other mental health concerns.

My approach focuses on creating a warm and nurturing space to provide support and facilitate empowerment. My therapeutic style is client-centered and strength-based. I use a combination of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

My goal is to create a safe space for my clients where they can explore challenges, process negative experiences, and develop healthy coping skills. We will work together to help you live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Education & Degrees

I attended Stonehill College where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology. I continued my education at UMass Boston where I earned a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a CAGS in Forensic Services.
